Unlike other companies our investigators are willing to go that extra mile to support your clients. Many times you may be relying on photographs from friends and relatives of the injured to provide you with the necessary to proceed with the claim.

Our investigators will visit a site within their locale and provide you with the photographs and measurements for a slip, trip or fall, which may or may not allow you to proceed with that case FREE OF CHARGE! In the first instance.

If that particular case then proves to be worth pursuing, all we ask is that you then use our investigators to provide you with the following services for a fee of course!

Pre event & post event paperwork delivery
All of our investigators are fully conversant with CFI’s, Rule 15's and the need to explain all documents to your client fully and in English.

Witness statements
Our investigators have been trained in cognitive interview techniques and are able to read body language. This means that when interviewing a witness our investigators will discreetly observe the client and make any recommendations concerning credibility in a report to you.

The investigators are also fully conversant with taking full witness statements and returning a proofed witness statement outlining quantum and liability.
